I was raised in the South, in an Italian-American family, listening to Irish music. I think my songwriting style reflects that bizarre cocktail. This blog was started as a way to hold myself accountable to…well, myself…and to explore my personal songwriting processes. “Time to write” doesn’t just appear out of thin air, it must be created. The blog will hopefully keep me honest about that.
I consider myself a professional eavesdropper, a perpetual student, and an amateur foodie. Some of my favorite things include scarves, breakfast, handmade stuff, pugs and the color red.
